Inactivity or Incompetence – employees may take up to a
week of Leave of absence every 4 weeks. This period can be extended by the respective department command.

Crimes, Misdemeanor or Felony, committed since the
employment began.

Crimes, Misdemeanor or Felony, they have been convicted
of by the courts, since the employment began

If the department, organization, company (public or private)
or law enforcement agency is being restructured.
