After a thorough investigation into your conduct, the Lander Police Department Internal Affairs has made the decision to take disciplinary action against you regarding the violation of 4.1.1, 5.2.5. Internal Affairs has decided to issue you a strike for carrying out 4.1.1 and 5.2.5. 

Please note you must acknowledge the receipt of this notice without any opinion on the notice itself. If you wish to appeal the disciplinary action, please contact a supervisor in the Internal Affairs unit.
